Shot Blasting is a method used to prepare a surface utilizing a machine that projects small steel shot (or balls) at high speed towards the floor. This process can be used to remove deteriorated coatings and ready the concrete for the application of Epoxy Coatings, Decorative Vinyl Chip or Quartz Broadcast systems. By removing any failing coverings, contamination or laitance in the concrete, Shot Blasting provides a mechanical profile for excellent bonding.
